Our Private Offices provide one option for professionals and new small businesses to flourish. Whether you are looking for a few full days, a few half days, or like to reserve a private office when you have appointments, we have packages that will work with any schedule.

We also offer the ability to add conference room hours to your plan or share your membership with someone else in your company or family. Either option can be billed to one person or split and billed to many people.

Package of Credits

  • Reserve the available Private Office of your choice when it works for your appointment book. 

  • When you join, pick how many Private Office credits you'd like a month. Each credit is 1 hour.

  • We invoice reservations that surpass the monthly credit limit at the room rate minus our member's 10% discount.

  • Do you need both a private office and a larger space to hold group therapy, client meetings, or document signing?

  • All memberships come with 1-hour in our conference room each month to promote your business, support an organization meeting or team meeting. It is our way of saying thank you for being part of our community.

  • If you need more than an hour, choose the number of hours you'd like to use each month. We ask that you give us a 30-day notice of any changes.

1/2 Day Blocks (Part-time)

  • Choose a set schedule in 1/2 day blocks and a Private Office when you join us.

  • We schedule the reservations for you. You show up and get to work.

  • Commit to staying with us for at least six months to 1 year, but if you need to leave, give a 30-day notice. Your commitment comes with the benefit of our lowest monthly prices.

  • As your business grows, add more blocks of time to your membership.

  • What is a 1/2 day block
    What is a 1/2 day block? One (1) - 1/2 day block is 6 hours on the same day and same office each week Morning Block: 7 am - 1pm Afternoon Block: 2 pm - 8 pm Choose a day, morning or afternoon, and a room We will book all of the reservations for you so you just need to come in and work Requires at least a 3 to 6 month commitment Changes to the schedule need to be done with 30 days notice
  • Are the Private Offices furnished?
    Yes, all of our Part-time Private Offices are furnished with furniture to suit the needs of those who are using the space. If you have special requirements let us know and we can see if we can accommodate your request.
  • Do you have locked storage?
    Yes, we do have locked storage units available. Some of the storage units are in the room and some are in our open workspaces.
  • Where do my clients wait for me?
    We ask that all clients who are visiting members wait in our two waiting rooms. We ask that all visitors refrain from sitting in our Open Workspace as this is a member-only area for those who have a Desk Membership or have added on the Desk Membership to their Private Office Plan. If you'd like your clients to use our hot desks while they wait, this is an extra add-on service you can add to your membership plan. Why do we do this? We want to make sure that all of our members have a great experience. If someone is working and trying to focus, it can be distracting if a client comes in and makes themselves at home in our open workspace. Often, clients are unaware of our house rules. These house rules ask that calls be made with a headset and take longer calls outside our office. We ask this so that everyone who uses our space can focus and do their work.
  • How do credits work when reserving a Private Office?
    Our Private Office Credit Plan allows a member to subscribe to a set number of hourly credits each month towards reservations. The Credits enable the member to book a Private Office when it works for them, in contrast to our block membership, which ties a member to a specific day, time, or room. We suggest this plan to new business/practice owners and those who keep a changing schedule. Please note that this plan is billed at a standard room rate regardless of the individual Private Office room rate. The following month's invoice includes any reservations that go over the membership credits for the prior month minus a standard 10% member discount.

    How do credits work with our conference room memberships? Our Conference Room Credit Plan allows a member to subscribe to a set number of hourly credits each month towards reservations. The conference room credit plan is excellent for businesses and professionals who need to conduct interviews, meet with clients to discuss personal information, team meetings, and small community outreach events.   • Is beverage service included?
    Is beverage service included with conference room reservations? Yes, all conference room reservations, whether you are a member or not, comes with access to our tea bars and coffee bar. There is also a water bubbler outside our conference room for those who need to replenish their water bottles.
  • How can non-members book the conference room?
    How can non-members book the conference room? We ask that you send us an email at info@vitatherapia.com or text 978-228-5330. We require at least 24-hour notice for all bookings to ensure that we have the proper staffing to assist you.

  • What is the difference between a hot desk and dedicated desk?
    What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk? Hot Desk: Hot-desking is an innovative way to maximize space, minimize risk and enjoy the perks of coworking at a fraction of the price. Hot desks can be found in private offices as well as shared spaces such as co-working spaces where they are used on an ad hoc basis by different people for various lengths of time. Dedicated Desk: Many people are turning to coworking spaces as an inexpensive option for renting office space but still want the privacy of having their own assigned desk and chair. Dedicated desk rental provides them with security - like having their own set up complete with chair and filing cabinet; while still providing enough shared resources to assist with building and growing your small business or career.
  • Why do I need to check-in for a Hot Desk?
    It is important that all desk memberships check-in through our space management site. This allows us to manage availability of desks as well as to know who was in the office in case there is an emergency.
  • Can I bring my monitor with me?
    You are always welcome to bring with you the office supplies that will help you work at your best. We recommend a dedicated desk membership if you have a monitor and a monitor lock.
  • Do you offer standing desks?
    We have one standing desk attachment desk membership members are welcome to choose. Once we recover from the pandemic, we will be revamping our shared workspace areas to include dedicated desk cubed areas to provide more privacy and at least one of these will have a standing desk.
  • What is a day pass?
    A day pass is a reservation to use either a desk space or private office at CoWorks at Vita Therapia without the commitment of a monthly membership.
  • How much notice do I need to give to book a day pass?
    We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you would like to use a day pass with us. This ensures that we have available space and staffing to meet your needs.
  • Do your private offices have ethernet connection?
    Yes, all of the private offices in our 1B and 1E units have ethernet connection and all spaces and offices have access to our wifi connection.
  • Is there a place to store my lunch?
    Yes, we have two kitchenettes with refridgerators and 3 kitchenettes with microwaves.
  • How do I book a day pass?

  • What is a virtual office?
    A virtual office provides the bare necessities a business needs to have a professional presence. Our plans range from just a mailing address to a mailing address with booking access and reservation discounts, all with the benefits you'd expect from a professional office space.
  • What is the difference between hourly reservations and day rates?
    What is the difference between hourly reservations and day rates? Hourly Reservations: Our event can handle hourly reservations for up to 4 hours, anything beyond 4 hours is invoiced at a day rate. Day Rate: Use of our event space for the entire day from open to close.
  • How do I reserve an event space with you?
    Please email your request to book our event space to info@vitatherapia.com or text 978-228-5330.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    We require that all reservations to be paid 50% at the time the event is booked and the agreement is signed, the remaining 50% is due prior to the start of the event.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    When an event is cancelled 169 hours in advance there is 0% cancellation fee. Between 169 and 168 hours in advance, there is 0% cancellation fee. Between 168 hours and 72 hours in advance, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Between 72 and 24 hours in advance, there is a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours in advance, there is a 100% cancellation fee. Exception to this is if host has COVID 19, there is a state of emergency called and the event can't happen, or there is inclement weather that makes it dangerous for the event to occur.

    When we opened back up our event space, we decided to fill it with Art and Creative energy. We currently offer the following classes and workshops: - Acrylic Pouring - Paper Quilling - Neurographic Art We are looking into offering regular monthly classes and kid classes in the future.   • Can I join online without coming for a tour?
    We prefer that everyone come for a tour before signing up for membership, so we can determine the best membership that will meet your needs. Since, we can offer customer memberships, it is adventageous to meet with us to make sure you are getting the membership with the best value. One caveat to this of course is on-demand reservations. If you are just using us for a day, you do not need to come in for a tour.
  • When do invoices go out?
    All invoices are sent out on the 15th of the month prior. Example February Invoices will be sent out on January 15th. Our system will automatically generate your invoice each month. If you need to make changes to your membership, please be sure to give us notice so we can get the changes in before the invoices run.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Credit Cards, ACH, and Check.
  • Is there a deposit when you join?
    We don't have a deposit for monthly memberships, but we do charge a non-refundable registration fee of $50. All events must pay 50% of the event fees up front prior to the event day and the remainder the day of the event.
  • Do you allow Dogs?
    At this time, we do not allow dogs in our office space unless they are a certified service animal with papers. This policy is for liability reasons as well as maintaining a safe and worry free environment for guests. We have many visitors who come to see members who may be afraid of Dogs and we don't want to cause any undue stress. We are dog owners ourselves but we keep our furry family members at home.

Our goal of any in-person or virtual tour is to get to know you and your needs, show you around our space, answer any questions you may have, and provide guidance for the next steps. If we don't think that we are a good fit, we will tell you and offer referrals for local commercial realtors or other options depending on your needs. If we uncover other needs and you are open to referral introductions, we are happy to also introduce you to other local professionals who can help you with a wide range of services from insurance, printing, accounting, banking, and legal services for businesses.

We also have a wide variety of other referral partners that can help with anything from lawn care or design, home renovation, interior design, self-improvement, real estate, and mortgage providers. Feel free to ask if you have a need but haven't been able to find solutions, we may be able to recommend someone for you and then introduce you to them.
