Our event space is perfect for your next professional development day or meeting. With a state-of-the-art high-definition video conference camera, you can connect with fellow virtual friends to enjoy lunch in person and work together remotely. We offer lots of seating choices like our rectangle tables that seat six (6) people comfortably with privacy panels to share presentations or design ideas or have small groups confer casually. Our square laminate desk creates an instant office within this open space when you need it most, and don't forget to leave the place cleaner than you found it!

Hourly Reservations

  • Reserve our event space for your next workshop, team meeting, retreat and take advantage of a nice safe space to meet.

  • The event space has an exterior entrance for easy set-up, close to the coffee bar, and down the hall from four (4) gender-neutral bathrooms.

  • Close to many great restaurants, Wholefoods, and Market Basket, there are great options for food to be brought in or for attendees to head out to grab a bite.

  • Plenty of parking for attendees, and conveniently located not too far from 495.

Block Memberships

  • Do you have a workshop or class you put on every week at the same time? We offer block memberships to our event space at a discounted rate over our hourly and day rates.

  • Our event space is an excellent option for yoga, tai chi, and other quiet classes.

Day Reservations

  • Choose to reserve the event space for the whole day and receive savings over our hourly rate.

  • Additional event planning consultation available if needed.

  • Smart Tv, Owl Video Conference, and mobile whiteboard available as add-ons.

  • Event space holds 35 comfortably with tables and 50 with chairs only and a table in the front and back of the room.

  • Sign up for a tour to see the space for yourself and see if we can assist you with your event needs.

Vendor Fairs

  • We love vendor events and are looking to help network marketers, crafters, and other artisans who depend on in-person vendor events to increase their exposure.

  • We are open to 3 to 4 vendors using our space for their next vendor event, and we are happy to split up the day rate and bill each person separately. We can even help with setup and marketing.

What is the difference between hourly reservations and day rates?


What is the difference between hourly reservations and day rates? Hourly Reservations: Our event can handle hourly reservations for up to 4 hours, anything beyond 4 hours is invoiced at a day rate. Day Rate: Use of our event space for the entire day from open to close.




How do I reserve an event space with you?


Please email your request to book our event space to info@vitatherapia.com or text 978-228-5330.




Do you require a deposit?


We require that all reservations to be paid 50% at the time the event is booked and the agreement is signed, the remaining 50% is due prior to the start of the event.




What is your cancellation policy?


When an event is cancelled 169 hours in advance there is 0% cancellation fee. Between 169 and 168 hours in advance, there is 0% cancellation fee. Between 168 hours and 72 hours in advance, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Between 72 and 24 hours in advance, there is a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours in advance, there is a 100% cancellation fee. Exception to this is if host has COVID 19, there is a state of emergency called and the event can't happen, or there is inclement weather that makes it dangerous for the event to occur.





Our goal of any in-person or virtual tour is to get to know you and your needs, show you around our space, answer any questions you may have, and provide guidance for the next steps. If we don't think that we are a good fit, we will tell you and offer referrals for local commercial realtors or other options depending on your needs. If we uncover other needs and you are open to referral introductions, we are happy to also introduce you to other local professionals who can help you with a wide range of services from insurance, printing, accounting, banking, and legal services for businesses.

We also have a wide variety of other referral partners that can help with anything from lawn care or design, home renovation, interior design, self-improvement, real estate, and mortgage providers. Feel free to ask if you have a need but haven't been able to find solutions, we may be able to recommend someone for you and then introduce you to them.
