Terms of Use
Noise
-
Because we are located near other businesses, our space is not suitable for prolonged loud activities. Please keep the noise level down to a dull roar or what you’d expect at an office building.
-
Many of the businesses in our center see clients who may be discussing confidential matters or who may be having a relaxing treatment, please consider this as you use common ways like the waiting room, hallways, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
-
Please use the noise cancelation devices provided when seeing clients or making additional noise.
Common Areas

Closing Up
-
The last person to leave each night is responsible for turning off any common area lights, turning the HVAC to Auto if you are in 1D, and locking the 1D & 1B Door.
-
Note: if you leave really late at night between 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm in the winter, the door does auto lock and in the frigid New England weather the door sometimes freezes. If this happens to you, simply pull the door in and push the latch, it should then open. This only happens on the side door, if this bothers you, you can always go through 1B, through the large group room, and out that exit. We've been trying to fix this one for over a year, but until it is fixed please be mindful of this quirky door.
